1. Agreement

By creating an account or using Tradelygrowth ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.

2. The Service

Tradelygrowth provides tools to help local service businesses request customer reviews, assess and optimize their Google Business Profile, and (on eligible plans) obtain a website. The Tradelygrowth Score and related assessments are internal, proprietary evaluations — they are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a ranking produced by Google.

3. Review requests & messaging consent

You are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate consent from your customers before Tradelygrowth sends them SMS or email review requests on your behalf, and for complying with applicable messaging laws (including TCPA and CAN-SPAM) in your jurisdiction. We never fabricate reviews, and we never pay for or otherwise incentivize positive reviews.

4. Billing

Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until canceled. Setup fees, where applicable, are one-time and non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel a monthly plan at any time from your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to send unsolicited or unlawful messages, misrepresent your business, or attempt to manipulate Google review systems in violation of Google's policies.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee specific rankings, review counts, or revenue outcomes. Results vary by business, market, and execution.
