Information we collect
When you request a free audit, book a call, or create an account, we collect information you provide directly: your name, business name, email, phone number, and business details (city, state, website, Google Business Profile URL). If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment is processed by Stripe — we do not store your card details ourselves.
If you use review automation, you provide us your customers' names and contact information so we can send review requests on your behalf.
How we use it
We use this information to generate your audit, operate your account and dashboard, send the review requests you configure, process billing, and — if you request an audit or book a call — to follow up about Tradelygrowth's services.
What we don't do
We don't sell your personal information or your customers' contact information to third parties. We don't fabricate reviews or use your customer list for anything other than the review requests you configure.
Third-party services
We use Stripe for payment processing, and (when configured) Twilio for SMS delivery and SendGrid for email delivery. Each is bound by its own privacy policy for the data it processes on our behalf.
Your choices
You can request deletion of your account and associated data, or ask what data we hold about you, by emailing us. Recipients of review-request texts and emails can reply STOP / unsubscribe at any time.
